High School STEM Scholars Recognition 2022

The AAUW Seattle team presented the awards to each of the students and they were asked to share a little on how they were inspired or encouraged to pursue STEM. Local actor and storyteller Debbie Dimitre gave a wonderful performance bringing environmental scientist Rachel Carson to life for AAUW Seattle members and guests during our March 2022 program. There were over 40 attendees at this in-person event and it was nice to be able to see each other even with masks.
