She hosts the Glass Ceilings & Sticky Floors podcast and co-hosts the Telly Award-winning AI Voice or Victim. As founder of HER Collective, a fast-growing community helping women rise and stay in positions of power, she combines executive coaching, AI fluency, and real-world strategy. The AI Gap hit Amazon’s bestseller list in Career Advancement within days of launch. Erica has spoken on stages including SXSW and CHIEF and been featured in Forbes, SUCCESS Magazine, and CBS.

We will be meeting at North Seattle College, room CC1161. The meeting begins at 11:00. Parking is available close to the room in the Visitor Parking Lot 2.  Turn on to campus on 95th street off of College Way North.  There is a smaller parking lot just off the room with disabled parking a short distance from Visitor Parking Lot 2.
