Demystifying AI: A Woman’s Guide to Working With the Machine, Not Against It
AI is already reshaping the skills required to get hired, get promoted, and stay relevant, and women risk being left behind in that shift.

FREE TO ATTEND - REGISTRATION REQUIRED - In person email .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address) Or use our Zoom meeting registration.

We’re excited to host Erica Anderson Rooney, leadership expert, AI educator, author, speaker, and founder of HER Collective.

In this interactive session, executive coach and AI educator Erica Anderson Rooney will break down what AI actually is, how it works, and why we can’t afford to stay mystified by it.

The session will provide a practical baseline of AI fluency, including:

  • How AI is built and its key operating functions
  • Different types of AI models
  • The difference between Projects and GPTs
  • How to determine which AI tools are right for you
  • Practical ways to use AI to make your work easier and get time back in your day

This is hands-on, not a lecture. You’ll leave with a clearer, less intimidating understanding of AI and greater confidence in using these tools to work more effectively and show up differently at work.

Erica is the author of The AI Gap: Women, AI, and the Next Great Leap Forward and Glass Ceilings & Sticky Floors. She hosts the Glass Ceilings & Sticky Floors podcast and co-hosts the Telly Award-winning AI Voice or Victim. As founder of HER Collective, she combines executive coaching, AI fluency, and practical strategy to help women rise and stay in positions of power. Her work has been featured in Forbes, SUCCESS Magazine, and CBS, and she has spoken at SXSW and CHIEF.
