The Power of Women Saying “Yes” with Sharon Lacey

Saturday, October 18, 2025
10:00AM - 11:30AM
Online: This program is free, Zoom registration is required
Our speaker is Sharon Lacey, US Census Historian. Sharon Tosi Lacey has served as the Chief Historian for the U.S. Census Bureau since 2015. This presentation is designed to inspire women to embrace growth by strategically accepting new challenges. However, while women often hesitate to say “yes,” it is possible to reframe and view these moments as opportunities for learning and visibility. By using a “yes filter,” and starting small, it is possible to say “yes” with confidence while maintaining healthy boundaries. It is less about perfection and more about courage and creating future possibilities. Remember: only you can determine your priorities and shape your life and future to suit that vision.
