From I-5 North or South

Take the Mercer Street exit. At the bottom of the ramp, turn right onto Fairview and then immediately left at the next light. Stay on Broad, in the left lane (about a half a mile) and turn left on Taylor (at the beginning of the left turn lane just before the light). The Executive Inn is on the left.

From I-90 Westbound

Follow I-90 westbound to North I-5 exit. Stay in the far left hand lane and follow to Mercer Street exit. Then follow directions above.

NOTE: There is another Best Western Inn in that same area so be sure you get the Executive Inn. It is just a street over from the Space Needle.

Reservations

Make them in advance in accordance with the program information. Attendance numbers are called into the hotel three days before the meeting so the hotel will know how much food to serve. If you make a reservation and do not attend or do not cancel, you will be responsible for paying for your breakfast.

Parking

Best Western is again offering us free parking in the garage under the hotel.  Members who park in the Best Western garage or lot can sign the book at the front desk and give their name and license plate number.

The entrance to the garage is off the alley; if the garage fence-type door is closed, follow the instructions on the control box on the left, pushing the # key to reach the receptionist (it may be a wait if desk is busy).

There may be a limited # of parking spaces available in the garage. If the garage is full and you park on the street, be sure to buy a “ticket” from a nearby pay station to place on the inside of your curbside front window. Parking close by: There is parking available on the curbside. Parking that WAS free on Taylor, Thomas, John, and Sixth Ave. N. now has pay stations. Sixth Ave. N. and Thomas have a 10 hour max, others are 2 hour max. Lots nearby on Taylor and on 6th Ave charge $5 to $10/day.
